About the Speaker


Marc de la Fouchardiere has extensive work experience in project management. Specialising in development, Public Private Partnership Advocacy work, Marc has been living and working in developing Asian countries for 7 years.

With a strong international background through work experience in Europe, China, Central Asia and S.E Asia, Marc holds a Master's degree in International Relations from Fudan University with a specialisation in macro-economic relations between China and the European Union.

William Greenlee is a senior legal practitioner with over a decade of experience structuring deals in Asia and North America.

Partner at DFDL since 2009, William has been instrumental in developing the firm’s operations and client, base notably in Lao PDR, Indonesia and now in Myanmar.

He is head of DFDL in Myanmar and is also heading DFDL’s regional China Desk. In such capacity he directs the business strategy and management of the office and continues to develop the team.


CLINT O’CONNELLClint has worked as a Tax Professional in Cambodia for over eight years, and in that time has been involved in the largest commercial transactions in Cambodia. He advises a wide range of clients, from large globally-listed companies to small and medium-sized businesses. Clint is widely recognized for his work regularly contributing to Cambodian tax updates in both local and international media i.e. the International Tax Review.
