Preparation Program for Exportation and European Market Readiness Has Finished

EuroCham Myanmar is honored to support “Preparation Program for Exportation and European Market Readiness”, implemented by Friedrich Naumann Foundation Myanmar and Impact Hub Yangon. The Final Awarding Ceremony and Networking Dinner of “the Preparation Program for Exportation and European Market Readiness” was held as an in-person networking event on 23rd September 2022 (Friday).

Attended by 35 participants, the representatives from Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom, and Impact Hub Yangon delivered the opening speech and program introduction. In this event, our member, Luther Law Firm provided the knowledge sharing session mainly discussing the rules and regulations of Exporting to Europe which includes UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, Protection of human rights, Environmental protection, and Corporate Responsibility and EU Supply Chain Legislation, and EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive, etc.

At the event, IHY issued the Certificate of Completion to 48 enterprises that successfully completed the program. As per the main activity of the event, the 6 outstanding enterprises who were considered as nominees for delegation trip to Germany were announced and awarded trophies to three winner enterprises
