EuroCham Myanmar Resuming Advocacy Groups In-person Meetings

Aside from our regular virtual Advocacy Group meetings, we frequently host in-person get-togethers specifically for the members of our groups to offer additional engagement and facilitate in-depth discussion among the advocacy members.
 
Our recent gathering with the Consumer Goods Group members took place last Friday, August 7th, which brought an insightful conversation about import/export licenses and the updated market climate in the country. As import licenses remain an issue faced by many of our members, an invitation was extended to representatives of UMFCCI to discuss in person how European business is affected by current challenges.
 
EuroCham Myanmar’s Health Group had their in-person meeting also this July, and the next in-person gatherings are for our HR Group this month and with our Agrobusiness members in September. We aim to bring members together to strengthen connections and drive impactful discussions.
