Launch of EuroCham Myanmar’s Integrated HR Survey : Navigating Talent Scarcity and Workforce Resilience in Myanmar – HR Priorities for 2027

Event Date:

November 5, 2026

Event Time:

1:30 PM

Event Location:

Novotel Yangon Max

EuroCham Myanmar will organise an in-person session on Thursday, 5 November 2026, at 1:30 PM (MMT) to mark the official launch of EuroCham Myanmar’s Integrated HR Survey: Navigating Talent Scarcity and Workforce Resilience in Myanmar – HR Priorities for 2027.

Myanmar’s evolving business environment continues to create significant challenges for employers and employees, with rising costs of living, talent scarcity and retention, workforce changes, and the implementation of the People’s Military Service Law placing increasing pressure on HR functions across sectors. Against this backdrop, the EuroCham Myanmar HR Working Group conducted its Integrated HR Survey to provide a cross-sector perspective on key workforce and HR challenges.

Through this launch event, participants will have the opportunity to hear key findings from the survey, engage in a panel discussion featuring HR leaders across different sectors, and connect with peers during an open networking session to explore workforce priorities and strategies for 2027. We would also like to extend our sincere appreciation to Japan Tobacco International (JTI), our member and Strategic Event Partner, for their support in making this event possible.

Member Ticket Fee: 80,000 MMK (Including tea break)
Non-Member Ticket Fee: 100,000 MMK (Including tea break)

This session is open to EuroCham Myanmar members and non-members, including HR and People & Culture senior professionals, business leaders, and representatives of European and international companies.
