The German Supply Chain Act and its implications on businesses in Myanmar

Event Date:

March 10, 2022

Event Time:

3:00 PM

Event Location:

Zoom

EuroCham Myanmar and the German Myanmar Chamber of Commerce are proudly joining forces to host a briefing on the new German Supply Chain Act on March 10th.

In June 2021 this draft Act on Corporate Due Diligence Obligations in Supply Chains was approved by the German Parliament. The EU has been working on a similar set of regulations on corporate due diligence and accountability for human rights, environmental and governance impacts within an enterprise’s business and throughout its supply chain.

Our member ‘Luther Law Firm’ will share insights on this new Act.

Join us to learn more about the regulations and the potential implications for local businesses in Myanmar.
