EuroCham Myanmar will be organising an online Webinar on Household Welfare, Migration & Agriculture in Myanmar on 27 August 2025, in collaboration with our valued member, the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI).  Myanmar’s households continue to navigate a shifting landscape of political, economic, and climatic challenges. 

The presentations in this webinar will examine recent trends in household welfare—including income and food security—as well as agriculture, migration, and remittances. Insights are drawn from the October–December 2024 round of the nationally representative Myanmar Household Welfare Survey, along with findings from other recent surveys.
