Panel Discussion on the Current Legal Landscape in Myanmar by EuroCham Myanmar Legal & Tax Advocacy Group

Yesterday, on 8th September, EuroCham Myanmar hosted a panel discussion on the current legal landscape focusing on the latest banking and foreign exchange regulations in Myanmar, including the FATF process. Our members, APFL & PARTNERS, CHARLTONS Law, Dentons, DFDL and Luther Myanmar, provided clear explanations of the regulations and practical insights on their application for companies operating in Myanmar.

Over 70 participants attended this discussion, followed by interactive Q&A sessions. We want to express our appreciation to the experts from EuroCham Myanmar’s Legal & Tax Advocacy Group for their insightful conversation with the attendees and look forward to the next session.
