EuroCham Myanmar and Counselling Corner conducted Myanmar-Language Webinar on  Stress Relief Techniques

During this period of uncertainty in Myanmar, many individuals are struggling with emotional vulnerability, which is a common response to such circumstances. It is important to explore healthy outlets for emotional release.

In this context, on 22nd February, EuroCham Myanmar, in collaboration with Counselling Corner, conducted a Myanmar-language webinar titled “Stress Busters: Techniques for Immediate Relief”. Primarily designed to support the mental well-being of employees within EuroCham Myanmar’s member companies, the webinar attracted over 100 participants, providing an outlet to express themselves in a safe and supported environment.

During the webinar, a counsellor from the Counselling Corner emphasized the significance of mental health and the importance of expressing emotions. Furthermore, practical strategies for managing stress through physical activities and accessible tools for immediate relief were shared.

Recognizing the criticality of employees’ well-being amid such stress and uncertainty, EuroCham Myanmar is stressing the importance for companies and organizations to pay extra attention to the needs and concerns of their teams. More comprehensive approaches to support the teams will be discussed during the upcoming 5th HR working group meeting on 1st March.
