Driving the Conversation on Environmental Sustainability
EuroCham Myanmar successfully hosted the consultation and discussion session, “Understanding Business Challenges & Readiness for Environmental Sustainability,” with the support of WWF-Myanmar as part of the activity of our Sustainability Working Group.
The session brought together representatives from multinational companies, local MSMEs, and key stakeholders for an open and constructive dialogue on the current challenges, opportunities, and practical pathways for advancing environmental sustainability in Myanmar’s business landscape.
Through interactive roundtable discussions and collaborative group activities, participants shared valuable insights, exchanged experiences, and explored opportunities to strengthen partnerships and promote more sustainable business practices. Conducted under the Chatham House Rule, the session fostered an environment of open discussion, co-learning, and co-creation.
We sincerely thank all participants for their active engagement and thoughtful contributions, as well as WWF-Myanmar for their support in making this consultation a meaningful step towards strengthening the Sustainability Working Group.
